Getting Started With 4 Easy Steps

Follow these 4 steps to begin your journey into finding the perfect storage unit for you:

Step 1: Choose Your Boxx Storage Facility

We have six storage facilities across Southern England so the first step is finding the store closest to you. Located in Bicester, Burgess Hill, Worthing, Shoreham-By-Sea, Southampton, and Farnborough – we’re never too far away!

Step 2: Choose Your Unit Size

Once you’ve found your local store, it’s time to decide on a unit size. Our friendly store teams will be more than happy to help to make the optimal decision for you and can offer advice on what size of unit and which additional services would be the most suitable for your needs. Alternatively, you can use our storage unit size estimator to find the perfect solution. It’s a great idea to fully understand how much space you’ll need before moving in so that you don’t spend money unnecessarily on a unit that is too big for you.

Step 3: Get a Quote

The next step is to get a quote. This can be easily done online by selecting your chosen store, unit size and duration of stay. We’ll then provide you with a competitive price that is tailored to your individual requirements. You can even complete your storage agreement online!

Step 4: Move in and Start Storing!

Now it’s time for the easy part – moving in and storing your belongings! Once you’ve signed your contract, we’ll show you to your unit and demonstrate our store routines during our normal business hours and you’ll be given a unique code to access both the main gate and the building. For added peace of mind, our storage facilities are covered by 24 hour CCTV and our storage units are individually alarmed.

You can access your belongings during our business hours by using your unique code. For extended hours access, we offer Additional Services Packs to cater for your requirements.

Almost anything! The only items we don’t allow to be stored are those that are illegal, dangerous (such as combustible, flammable, hazardous, and toxic materials) or perishable.
