Burgess Hill is centrally located in Sussex and is linked by the A23 to Brighton which is about 10 miles to the south and Crawley which is 15 miles to the north.
The A23 runs north-south about 2 miles to the west of the town and is connected by a recently constructed dual carriageway link road.
Our storage facility in Burgess Hill is a modern refurbished store that is convenient for customers that live and work in the surrounding areas, such as Haywards Heath, Hassocks, Hurstpierpoint and Ditchling, all of which are around a 10 minute drive from the store.
The store is conveniently located in Victoria Way, Burgess Hill sandwiched between Travis Perkins and a Howdens trade counter unit and is close to well-known retailers such as Wickes and Halfords in London Road.
There is also a McDonalds drive thru’ restaurant close by in Queen Elizabeth Avenue and the town’s Market Place shopping centre, which has Waitrose and Boots as its anchor stores, is just beyond McDonalds.
Finally, at the eastern end of the town centre, is the railway station where semi-fast services to London and Brighton stop regularly.

We understand that storage can be confusing for first-time users, so we’ve compiled some of our most frequently asked questions here:
We provide storage areas ranging in size from 25 sq.ft all the way up to 150 sq.ft – so we’ll have something for you, no matter what your needs are.
We offer flexible length agreements with an introductory offer for as long as you need subject to a minimum stay of 2 weeks.
There are a few items which we do not allow to be stored on our premises. These items include:
Perishables (foods, plants, etc.)
- Food or perishable goods;
- Any living creatures;
- Combustible or flammable substances such as gas, paint, petrol, oil, cleaning solvents or compressed gases;
- Firearms, explosives, weapons or ammunition;
- Chemicals, radioactive materials, biological agents, toxic waste, asbestos or other potentially hazardous substances;
- Any goods that emit fumes or odours;
- Any illegal goods or substances or goods illegally obtained such as, but not limited to, illicit (counterfeit/smuggled) tobacco or alcohol and unlicensed or unsafe goods (such as toys, electrical goods, medicines, aerosols, cosmetics, fireworks);
- Goods which are environmentally harmful or that are a risk to the property of any person;
- Currency, deeds and securities;
- Property where the value to you cannot be assessed on a financial basis, including goods purely of sentimental value; and
- Any goods which are contaminated with food or any other substance which may deteriorate, rot, become mouldy or attract vermin.
You will be given a unique PIN code which will allow you to access your storage area. We also have staff on site during office hours should you need any assistance.
